Alexandre de Joybert is Director of Sustainability at ACI EUROPE, where he leads the coordination of all aspects of the association’s sustainability strategy and represents European airports in high-level EU, ECAC, and EUROCONTROL forums. Alexandre also oversees the Airport Carbon Accreditation programme, advancing global standards for airport carbon management and is recognized for driving initiatives that support airport decarbonisation and sustainable aviation across Europe and beyond.
Phil has been involved in aviation noise and environmental management for over 30 years initially designing airport noise monitoring terminals and then onto software development, business development and as Head of Product Marketing was responsible for Envirosuite’s product strategy. Phil currently operates Environmental Intelligence Services, a global team providing services that complement Envirosuite’s noise and operations monitoring and community engagement technology.
Phil has spoken at many international conferences and held positions on several aviation environment committees including the Airports Council International (ACI)- Europe Environment Committee and the ACI World Environment standing committee. As chair of the Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO) Environment committee, Phil led a team that established goals for reducing aviation greenhouse gas emissions through improvements in the efficiency of air traffic management.
With a degree in Environmental Sciences, Alejandra has been working in different companies related with environmental projects and sustainability. In 2008, she joined the Aena company as an Environmental Technician and in 2016 was promoted to Head of the Air Pollution and Soil Quality department, where her work focuses on calculating and reporting on the carbon footprint inside the ACI “Airport Carbon Accreditation program” and climate change studies between others.
Rohan Lucas is an aviation professional who possesses over 13 years of extensive airline and air traffic management industry experience.
Passionate about the intersection of aviation, data analytics and strategy realization, Rohan brings a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to solving industry challenges.
In his current role as Manager, ATM Performance Analytics at NAV CANADA, he leads a cross-functional team responsible for transforming complex operational performance data into actionable insights that enable the organization to optimize its airspace and operations.
Prior to this role, Rohan spent over a decade at IATA, working within the Air Traffic Management & Infrastructure division where he was responsible for Air Navigation Service Charges policy development.
Rohan has earned a Master of Science in Aeronautics degree from Embry Riddle-Aeronautical University and Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
