Over the last 23 years Pete has developed a professional career in operational noise management, airspace, and ATM. Joining Envirosuite in 2020 after a career at Heathrow Airport, Pete’s role is an airport specialist in the EIS team, responsible for adding value as to how airports use the technological solutions supplied to them by Envirosuite.

Francine is an Air Traffic Management and Noise Performance Specialist for the GTAA. She has a storied 35 year career at Toronto Pearson, including positions in Airport Operations, Aviation Enforcement and Operations Performance. One of her career highlights, Francine brought Envirosuite’s OPAS to Toronto Pearson as a concept and was ultimately responsible for its implementation, the first North American Airport to do so. In her spare time, Francine plays in a steel drum band, is the curator and head keeper of her home zoo and greenhouse, and enjoys crocheting and knitting for her family and friends.

Sam started at Heathrow in 2005 in the community relations team responding to noise complaints.
Since then she has held a variety of roles at Heathrow relating specifically to airspace and noise issues. She currently works in the Airspace, Noise & ATM Performance Team as a subject matter expert.

Alex Wong is the Aviation Noise Operations Manager at Dublin Airport (daa), bringing expertise in flight operations, UK airspace change, and airport planning. Previously, Alex served as a Flight Operations Analyst at London Luton Airport (2019–2024) and gained flight support, EFB, and FMS experience with TUI Aviation across four airlines (2016–2019). With an MSc in Airport Planning and Management from Cranfield University and a BSc in Air Transport Management from Loughborough University, Alex combines academic excellence with hands-on industry experience to drive innovative solutions in aviation operations and noise management.
