A key contributor to OPAS development and a long-time ANOMS superuser, Francine Donaldson, Specialist in Air Traffic Management and Noise Performance at YYZ will share how Toronto Pearson uses OPAS to unlock deeper operational insights and drive performance across the airport.

Drawing on real-world use cases, Francine will highlight how OPAS supports analysis of areas such as aircraft stationary times, ground handler performance, high-speed exit utilization and more.

Francine Donaldson

Air Traffic Management and Noise Performance Specialist
Toronto Pearson International Airport

Francine is an Air Traffic Management and Noise Performance Specialist for the GTAA. She has a storied 35 year career at Toronto Pearson, including positions in Airport Operations, Aviation Enforcement and Operations Performance. One of her career highlights, Francine brought Envirosuite’s OPAS to Toronto Pearson as a concept and was ultimately responsible for its implementation, the first North American Airport to do so. In her spare time, Francine plays in a steel drum band, is the curator and head keeper of her home zoo and greenhouse, and enjoys crocheting and knitting for her family and friends.
