Mike Glen

Airspace Noise & ATM Specialist
Heathrow Airport Ltd

Mike’s passion for aviation started around the age of 7. In 2009, Mike went to Florida and completed his Private Pilot License with every intention of going commercial, but instead ended up at a regional airport in airfield operations and then fell into noise. Mike joined the Noise and Airspace team at Heathrow in 2016 and is currently an Airspace, Noise and Air Traffic Management Specialist managing a small team to deliver Heathrow’s operational noise improvements. He is also a senior Officer in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets helping to inspire the next generation of aviators.
Salza Kassam

Project Manager, Noise Management Action Plan
Greater Toronto Airports Authority

Salza Kassam is the Project Manager, Noise Management Action Plan for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA). Salza began working at the airport in 2016 and comes from a background in supporting large scale transportation hubs expand and operate. In her current role, she is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders and consultants to manage the implementation of, and communications around, the GTAA’s Noise Management Action Plan (NMAP).

Neil has 38 years of experience in the aviation industry. His experience spans Air Traffic Control at Airservices Australia including Tower Manager and Centre Operations Director then National ATM & Environmental Manager, Stakeholder Engagement Manager, and Community Engagement Manager. Neil joined Envirosuite in early 2023 with a focus to develop best practice noise and emissions management and measurement and public information.
