Head of Environmental Intelligence Services Envirosuite
Phil has been involved in aviation noise and environmental management for over 30 years initially designing airport noise monitoring terminals and then onto software development, business development and as Head of Product Marketing was responsible for Envirosuite’s product strategy. Phil currently operates Environmental Intelligence Services, a global team providing services that complement Envirosuite’s noise and operations monitoring and community engagement technology.
Doreen Stockdale brings over two decades of expertise in the aviation industry, with a strong background in airport management, environmental compliance, noise abatement, and public relations. Her core strengths include processing and analyzing noise complaints, flight data analysis and modification, database and data management, technical reporting, and both on-site and off-site data collection. She has played a key role in advancing airport environmental and sustainability initiatives, including overseeing stormwater pollution prevention programs and implementing green airport practices.
Royce Bassarab is a seasoned aviation environmental practitioner with a broad range of experience as a consultant to airport sponsors, as an environmental protection specialist within FAA’s Office of Environment and Energy, and most recently as full time extension of staff with the Maryland Aviation Administration. At MAA, Royce assists MAA in addressing routine noise complaints, supporting noise compatibility studies and MAA’s residential sound insulation program, and as a technical resource to the DC Metroplex BWI Community Roundtable.
Chris has been a dedicated aviation professional for over 20 years. He graduated with both a bachelor’s and an MBA from Embry Riddle. His first airport job was an internship with the Wayne County Airport Authority at Detroit Metro and Willow Run airports. During graduate school he interned with the revenue management department at TransMeridian Airlines as part of their scheduled charter operation. Joined US Airways in 2005 working in revenue management for Florida and Southeast markets. Joined Avports in the HPN noise office in 2008. Role at HPN has grown to include overseeing air service compliance.
